Status update, August 2026: we are publishing this as a caution piece rather than a normal step-by-step walkthrough. A large cluster of unofficial “survey” sites tells shoppers to visit beallsflorida.com/survey and promises a $500 Bealls gift card in exchange for a few minutes of feedback. When we opened that address on Bealls Florida's own website for this guide, it returned a 404 “Not Found” error page, and the matching address on bealls.com returned the same 404. Bealls Florida's live customer service hub, contact page, rewards page and site footer mention no receipt survey, no feedback form and no sweepstakes at all. Below is exactly what we checked, what Bealls Florida does offer instead, and what to do if a survey invitation really is printed on your receipt.

Bealls Florida Survey Reward

We could not verify any reward, coupon or sweepstakes entry attached to a Bealls Florida receipt survey. The unofficial guides that rank for this keyword do not even agree with each other: some describe a $500 Bealls gift card drawn weekly, others describe the same prize drawn quarterly, others promise a coupon code toward your next visit, and at least one describes only a vague “surprise gift card.” Several of them cite infosurv.com/bealls-contest-rules/ as the official sweepstakes rules — that domain no longer resolves at all, so the rules those pages point to cannot be read or confirmed by anyone, including us.

Bealls Florida's own website advertises no survey reward on any page we could reach. Until the company publishes one, treat every prize figure circulating online as unverified. If your own paper receipt prints a specific survey address and offer, that printed information is more current and more reliable than any third-party guide, including this one.

What We Checked & What We Found

• There is no live survey page for rules to sit on: beallsflorida.com/survey returned a 404 “Not Found” error on Bealls Florida's own site when we checked on August 2, 2026, and bealls.com/survey returned the same 404.
• Bealls Florida's customer service hub, Contact Us page and site footer list no survey, feedback form or sweepstakes link — the published channels are phone, email, live chat and mail.
• Bealls publishes its own list of legitimate sites on its fraud alert page: “Our only verified eCommerce websites are: Bealls.com, BeallsFlorida.com, HomeCentric.com.” A domain that merely contains “bealls” and “survey” in its name is not run by the company.
• The eligibility terms quoted around the web (18 or older, US residents only, one entry per receipt, employees excluded) come from those third-party pages, not from Bealls — we found no official rules document to confirm any of them.
• If your receipt does print a survey web address or QR code, follow exactly what is printed there. Store-level and seasonal promotions change faster than any outside guide can track.

Beall Sr. opened a dry goods store in Bradenton, Florida called “Dollar Limit.” The company has remained headquartered in Bradenton and privately owned by the Beall family ever since.
