Belk does run a customer survey — but the address most search results send you to is not the one Belk publishes. We found no link from any Belk page to belksurvey.com, the domain that dominates the search results for this keyword, and we could not load that domain at all when we checked on August 2, 2026. Is BelkSurvey.com the Official Site?

We could not confirm that it is, and three separate checks pointed the other way.

• Belk does not link to it. The survey invitation on Belk's own customer service page and on its Contact Us page points to survey.medallia.com. Neither page, nor any other Belk page we could reach, mentions belksurvey.com.
• The address the guides print does not exist. Almost every third-party page for this keyword tells readers to visit www.belksurvey.com. That hostname returned no DNS record at all when we queried it on August 2, 2026 — there is nothing for a browser to connect to.
• The bare domain would not load. belksurvey.com without the www does have DNS records, but our request to it failed during the secure-connection handshake, so we could not see what, if anything, it serves. We are not able to tell you it is safe, because we were never able to open it.

None of that proves the domain is malicious. It does mean nobody has shown that Belk operates it, and that the specific address being circulated for it is dead. Until Belk itself links to a branded survey domain, the safe route is the one below: start at belk.com and follow the link the company publishes. Belk Survey Reward

Belk advertises no reward for taking its survey. The entire invitation on Belk's own customer service pages reads: “Tell Us How We're Doing. It only takes 3 minutes to take our survey.” No gift card, coupon, validation code or sweepstakes entry is mentioned there, and the survey page that link opens showed no prize offer either when we loaded it on August 2, 2026.

The $500 Belk gift card sweepstakes promoted by unofficial survey-guide sites is not something we could verify. Those pages do not even agree with each other on the basic terms — some state you must complete the survey within seven days of the purchase date, others say three days — and none of them links to an official Belk sweepstakes rules document that a reader can actually open and check. We found no such document published by Belk. Until the company publishes one, treat the $500 figure as unconfirmed.

• belksurvey.com is not linked from anywhere on Belk's website. When we tested it on August 2, 2026, the www.belksurvey.com address that most guides print did not resolve at all, and the bare belksurvey.com domain failed to complete a secure connection. We could not confirm it as a Belk property, so do not enter personal details there.
• The link Belk publishes points to Medallia's domain, not Belk's. That is normal — Medallia is a customer-feedback platform used by many large retailers — but it means you should reach the survey by following the link on belk.com rather than typing a survey address you found in search results.
